  21. I don't know if this is true in the PC, but with the Amiga PAR, it is
  22. necessary to have the PAR software running in order to access its
  23. disk.  Another possibility: is it necessary (on the PC) to specify
  24. the destination filename, or just the directory?  If you do indeed
  25. have the correct syntax, make sure that filename does not already
  26. exist in the destination directory.
